A quick and easy treat.
Line a wire mesh strainer with a coffee filter and place it over a bowl. Dump the yogurt into the strainer. Let the yogurt strain for about 8 hours or overnight. The next day, peel the coffee filter off of the yogurt, it will be about the consistency of cream cheese. Drizzle maple syrup over the yogurt and enjoy a rich and delicious snack.
