A healthy appetizer, perfect for Superbowl Sunday!
There isn’t much prep for these, which makes them great for a party! They are perfect for your vegan friends. (If you do not want to make them vegan, add some cubes of feta cheese too).
Simply cut the cucumber into slices, then cut the slices in half.
Assemble the olives, then tomatoes then cucumber slices onto a toothpick and serve cold.
