My sister-in-law brought this yummy cold dip to a family gathering and it was a hit! It has become a classic recipe in our family.
Mix the feta, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and parsley in a bowl. Add the olive oil, oregano, dill, lemon juice, and pepper. Toss to coat. Cover and chill for 2-24 hours. Serve with pita chips or crostini. For a delicious light summer meal, serve atop a grilled chicken breast on a bed of salad greens.

This looks healthy and yummy. I’m going to make it for a pool party I’m going to this Memorial Day (God bless the soldiers who have given their lives for our freedom)!
