These grape and Roquefort mini tarts are the perfect combination of cheesy earthy goodness and bright sweet flavors! Be sure to print out the recipe because your guests will definitely want it. The best part is they only take about five minutes to assemble and 8 minutes to bake!
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Put the shells into a mini muffin tin. Place the cheese into the shells and then top with grapes. As the cheese melts it fills in the holes and gets lower, so be sure to fill the tarts fairly high.
Bake at 400 F for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with the fresh thyme and drizzle with honey. Serve warm or at room temperature.
