This appetizer is so simple and easy to make, and there are only 4 ingredients. It’s a great start for hungry guest
Preheat oven to Broil and place rack on second shelf from the top.
Place whole kielbasie in boiling water and boil for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, take bread slices, butter each slice, and cut each slice into 12 individual pieces.
Take kielbasie out of boiling water and allow to cool. Slice kielbasie into thin slices.
Place each slice onto buttered bread pieces and top with a piece of cheese the same size as the bread.
Place on tray and broil for about 3-5 minutes. Watch carefully so not to let the cheese burn. Place on a serving tray and Enjoy!!!
