My ex-mother-in-law gave me this recipe years ago. These are totally addicting and so easy. Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop enough stems to equal 1/2 cup. Combine chopped stems with cream cheese, ham, onion powder and pepper. Fill each mushroom cap with mixture and place on a cookie sheet. Combine butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
