Description

A great treat for parties, a nice change to the traditional cookie exchange or put into cute cellophane bags and given away as gift treats for kids and teachers.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Golden Graham Cereal
  • 1 cup Dehydrated Mini Marshmallows
  • ½ cups White Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cups Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tablespoons Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)
  • 1 package (9 Oz. Size) Chocolate Bark

Preparation

In a large bowl, add cereal, marshmallows and both chocolate chips and combine.

On a large baking sheet covered with wax paper, pour the cereal mix and spread out evenly.

Place chocolate bark in a container and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, microwave again for 30 seconds and stir until completely melted.

Drizzle chocolate all over the mixture. Using a spatula, stir around slightly to help coat the rest of the cereal.

Allow to cool completely or stick the pan in the refrigerator if you’re anxious to eat it.

Amazon has everything. The small marshmallows in the stores are the size of a thumb, still contain moisture and once hardened, are hard to eat.

This would be a mighty dangerous snack for me! I’d probably pick out all the chocolate chips :) But it does make a great snack, especially during gift opening on Christmas. May just have to put it together. Thanks!

Where would a person find the dehydrated marshmallows? And why use those instead of just using mini marshmallows? An inquiring mind wants to know. : )
