Description

A different take on hummus with white beans, perfect with pita chips, veggies, grapes, apples—anything, really!

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic, Warmed In 400ºF Oven For 5–10 Minutes
  • 1 Tablespoon Tastefully Simple Onion Onion Seasoning
  • 3 dashes Dried Chili Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Sweet And Hot Peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Great Northern Beans, Drained (1/4 Cup Liquid Reserved)

Preparation

In a food processor, combine the garlic and spices. Pulse until combined. Add in the beans and reserved liquid and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides. Taste and adjust seasoning to your taste. Serve with veggies, fruits, pretzels, pita chips, etc. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
