Dry chicken? Forget it! These Garlic Chicken Bites feature sticky, flavorful chicken with garlic sauce. I recommend serving this as a snack and using toothpicks so you won’t get tired of cleaning your hands.
Heat oven to 200°C (390ºF) and spread some oil on a baking tray.
Cut chicken into small cubes and season with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then into breadcrumbs. Transfer to the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, for the sauce, add soy sauce, honey, chopped garlic, hoisin sauce, and ginger to a pot. Bring to a boil and boil for a few minutes, until sauce thickens. When chicken bites are done, transfer chicken to the sauce and mix well, making sure all pieces are completely coated in sauce.
Transfer to a serving platter and garnish tiwh sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
