Description

Trade in traditional ketchup for this garlic aioli on your next batch of fries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (I Like To Use Kraft’s With Olive Oil)
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 10 cloves Garlic, Minced (or 4 Tablespoons Minced From Jar)

Preparation

In a small bowl combine mayo, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic salt and minced garlic. Mix well. Put the aioli in the fridge and let it chill before serving.

For fries: Amounts and seasonings are completely up to you. I like to use parsley, black pepper and garlic salt on my fries and then dip them in this aioli.

WOW! I am blown away by how delicious this is. I made carnitas and green beans and this dipping sauce went perfectly for the meal. I would use this on burgers, sandwiches, potatoes or really anything lol I already know that this will become a staple in my fridge from now on!!!
