Trade in traditional ketchup for this garlic aioli on your next batch of fries.
In a small bowl combine mayo, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic salt and minced garlic. Mix well. Put the aioli in the fridge and let it chill before serving.
For fries: Amounts and seasonings are completely up to you. I like to use parsley, black pepper and garlic salt on my fries and then dip them in this aioli.
