Description

A tasty way to use up leftover brisket!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Brisket, Finely Chopped
  • 2 whole Chipotle In Adobo Peppers, Finely Chopped
  • 1 can (16 Oz. Can) Refried Beans
  • 1 pinch Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ cups Shredded Cheese
  • _____
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Cilantro
  • Extra Shredded Cheese

Preparation

1. Finely chop the leftover brisket and mince the chipotle peppers.
2. Combine the beans, brisket, peppers and paprika in a small or medium sized pot.
3. Stir ingredients together and warm mixture over medium heat.
4. Heat mixture for 5-10 minutes, stirring often until heated through.
5. Add cheese to the pot and stir to combine.
6. Remove mixture from heat and place in a serving bowl.
7. Top with cheese, salsa, sour cream, and cilantro.
