Description

These spicy little bites are the perfect way to kick off your Super Bowl Sunday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Buffalo Or Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450°F and spray a large nonstick baking sheet or glass casserole dish with cooking spray.

Combine the water, flour, and garlic powder in a bowl and stir until well combined.

Coat the cauliflower pieces with the flour mixture and place on the baking sheet; make sure to allow the mixture to drip off a bit before placing on the baking sheet so as not to have a lot of excess baked on.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.

Combine the hot sauce and oil in a small bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the baked cauliflower, then place back in the oven and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve hot with light blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
