Fruity Guacamole
Description
Sweet mango, juicy peaches, and tart apples go into this yummy guacamole with a twist.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Avocados
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- ¼ whole Yellow Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Mango, Peeled And Diced
- ½ whole Yellow Peach, Peeled And Diced
- ½ whole Granny Smith Apple, Peeled And Diced
- ¼ whole Habanero Pepper, Seeds Removed, Minced (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Basil
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Cilantro
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Cut each avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh into small cubes. Scoop the cubes into a medium bowl and mash with a fork until chunky.
Stir in the lime juice, diced onion, mango, peaches, apple, habanero pepper (if using), basil, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
Note: This is a very forgiving recipe, so you can play around with the ingredient amounts to suit your tastes.
