Simple snack, great as an easy dinner, and just yummy.
How simple can we get?
1. Warm chili (leftover homemade, canned, whatever floats your boat).
2. Place Fritos in a large bowl, cover with chili.
3. Add cheese to taste (me, about half a brick of cheddar).
4. Add onions, also to taste (yellow, scallions, whatever you have).
5. Now salsa. Yum.
6. Then the sour cream (my favorite part, but go ahead and leave it off if you want).
Grab fork. Enjoy. Decide if you are going to share.
This is easily adaptable to whatever you have on hand. The crunchy Fritos are just satifying with the toppings.
