For those afternoons when my stomach is growling and my fridge is full of fresh produce, this salad is the perfect snack!
Chop tomatoes, green pepper, and squash in equal-sized pieces. Combine in a small bowl with salt and pepper. Drizzle with vinegar. Stir and enjoy!

I love red wine vinegar on summer veggies. Yum!
