Description

Citrus and fresh fruit does not get any better than this. It’s absolutely refreshing and delicious! Serve before a main course meal or afterwards, or just enjoy the combination of sweet fresh fruit as an appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Florida Navel Oranges (Peeled And Orange Slices Separated)
  • 2 cups Fresh Watermelon Chunks
  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries, Rinsed
  • 2 cups Fresh Blackberries, Rinsed
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries ( Rinsed, Hulled And Cut In Half)
  • 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • ¼ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • ⅓ cups Confectioners Sugar

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl add all of the fresh fruit (try not to use frozen fruit, fresh works best). Add lemon zest and juices, granulated sugar, honey and confectioners’ sugar. Use a rubber spatula and gently mix to combine.

Ladle fruit into small dessert cups and cover with a lid or plastic wrap and chill at least one hour before serving! You can add whipped cream or Cool Whip on top, if you like! Enjoy.
