A delightful (and easy!) Italian appetizer, sweet and tangy, and sure to please guests in a pinch!
Remove prepared pasrty shells from container and place onto foil-lined baking sheet. Preheat oven according to directions on pastry shell box.
Assemble cubes of feta cheese and halved figs into piles for an “assembly-line” method to assemble each piece.
Carefully place one cube of cheese into pastry shell, then top with one half of a fig, flat side down.
Put tray into oven and let cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese and figs begin to soften.
Remove from oven and move onto serving platter. Drizzle the tops of each piece with honey and serve warm.
