A fat-free, nutritious take on a Southern favorite.
Combine bread crumbs and spices in a shallow dish or bowl. Slice tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices and coat with yogurt. Dredge tomatoes in the crumb mixture. Spray a cold skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium heat. Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes on each side, until crumb coating starts to brown. Serve immediately with a dollop of plain yogurt.
