Easy! Fast! Delicious! And most important … fat free!
Whip the Cool Whip Lite, sour cream, and vanilla. Refrigerate for 1 hours.
Mix in the Splenda and cream cheese. Top with lite pie filling.
Serve with graham cracker sticks or graham crackers
Note: I serve the pie filling on the side. Not everyone is a fan of cherries, etc. The cheesecake dip all by itself is great, even without the topping. I have made this many times with regular cream cheese and light sour cream. It doesn’t change the flavor at all, just adds a few more calories!

Would be a great dip for fresh fruit – strawberries, banana sticks, melon balls – yum!
