Famous Olive Dip is very rich, tangy and flavorful. A huge favorite at parties! It is best on warm focaccia or toasted slices of baguette. It will be the new dip hit at any festivity!
Rinse kalamata olives well and drain; check for and remove any remaining pits.
Combine olives, pepper, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic and basil leaves in a food processor. Process until well blended.
Add mayonnaise; pulse just until combined. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
