Perfect warm or cold, this dip is a replica of the most amazing food known to man: everything bagels. Serve it at a party, spread it on chicken, or eat it straight from the bowl—I won’t tell. It’s your new low-carb best friend!
In a food processor, pulse to combine the cream cheese and sour cream until mixed and smooth. Add the roasted garlic and mix again. Stream in the olive and sesame oils, stopping and scraping the sides of the bowl once or twice to make sure they’re fully incorporated. Add the spices and blend once more. Garnish (with more spices, drizzled oil, some Asiago cheese, whatever) and serve warm or cold.
