English Cucumber Sandwiches

Mix softened cream cheese and butter together. Set aside. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise together. Set aside. Peel cucumber and cut into 1/4″ slices.

Using a biscuit cutter or a small glass, cut circle shapes out of the bread. Spread top of circle with the cream cheese mixture and place a cucumber on top. Add a dollop of the sour cream mixture and sprinkle with seasoning salt.

Makes about 55-60 little bite-sized cucumber sandwiches. It just depends on how large your loaf of bread is.
