This is really simple and sooo good. I use it for crostinis, as sandwich spread, mixed with alfredo sauce for pasta …
1. Place all ingredients EXCEPT the olive oil in a food processor and blend until they are all combined.
2. Slowly add the olive oil as the blender is running until everything is thoroughly combined again.
Easy enough, right?
Note: Pine nuts can be expensive and I’m sure the recipe wouldn’t be detrimentally affected by just doubling the walnuts!
