It literally takes about ten minute to make and so fresh and simple.
Core and scoop out avocados into a bowl. Use a potato masher to mash the avocados but leave them a little chunky. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well, tasting as you go. Be prepared, you may have to make more! If you won’t be serving for a while, lay plastic wrap onto the top of the guac to squeeze all the air out and seal it up tight and it’ll refrigerate for a few hours without having to add lime juice.
