This is a recipe my dad taught me. Don’t let the simplicity fool you, this is the best onion chip dip you’ll ever eat! You’ll never buy chip dip from the store again.
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. You can add more or less milk to get your desired consistency.
2. Let sit in the fridge at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight to let the flavors meld together (this very important otherwise the dip will be slightly bland).
3. Serve with your favorite potato chips and enjoy!
