An easy recipe when you need an appetizer for a party, buffet or potluck.
Remove the stems and seeds from the jalapeno peppers and chop into 1/4” pieces. Remove roots from green onions and chop onion and stems into 1/4” pieces. Combine all ingredients (except tortillas) in a large skillet and heat until cheese is melted and ingredients are mixed completely. Remove from the skillet and place into a bowl. Spoon out and spread over tortillas and roll up. Serve whole as a main dish or slice for appetizers and with a variety of salsas.

They’re actually very creamy inside with the melted cream cheese. Serve them with a variety of different salsas.

They look very dry. What is the sauce? The cheese?
