These are quick, easy to make and a great addition to almost any salad!
Melt the butter and all but 1/2 a teaspoon of the sugar together in a skillet over low heat – heating for a couple of minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Add the nuts and stir, on low heat, until fully coated and the liquid in the pan has evaporated. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with the salt and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and allow to cool completely.
