These appetizers came from a day trying to use up what was in my fridge!
Place the puff pastry on a cutting board. Smooth into a nice square.
Using a pastry brush, brush on a light to medium layer of Dijonnaise.
Place the turkey slices on the pastry, covering to within an inch of the edge.
Place the cheese on the pastry, covering to within an inch of the edge.
Roll from one end, jelly roll style.
Slice into 1/2-inch pieces and place on a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes till golden brown.

I made these for a work party and I don’t think I came home with even one left! They are so good.
