Tahini-free quick-and-easy hummus
In a food processor or blender combine chickpeas, garlic, cumin, salt. Blend on low, slowly adding the reserved chickpea liquid until desired consistency.
Enjoy with veggies, pitas, crackers etc.

sounds yummy.
I like a bit of lemon in my hummus, and if I don’t have tahini on hand (most days) I put a tsp or so of sesame oil in, for flavour.
