Set out your cream cheese to let it come to room temperature. This makes it easy to spread.
Spread cream cheese onto the bottom of an oven safe pie plate. Top with the turkey chili then with the shredded cheese.
Bake at 375F for 35 minutes or until edges are bubbling.
For a shortcut, heat the cream cheese and chili in the microwave for 4 minutes then top with shredded cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
