Description

We are talking 3 kinds of cheese here, people. This stuff is ooey, gooey, and amazing.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 pinch Cayenne
  • 1 pinch Dry Mustard
  • ⅓ cups Chopped Green Onions (scallions)
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • ⅓ cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 pound Fresh Cooked Lump Crab Meat
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 2 Tablespoons Panko Bread Crumbs

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325º F. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, mayo, Worcestershire, hot sauce, garlic, and seasonings using an electric mixer. Fold in the green onions with a spatula then add the cheeses, the crab meat, and the lemon juice over top. Gently fold the crab and cheese into the mixture.

Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with Panko breadcrumbs. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until hot a bubbly.

Serve with crostini or crackers (I toasted up my own crostini under the broiler with a little nonstick cooking spray, a pinch of salt, and a sprinkle of parmesan!).
