Traditional Pigs in a Blanket made with beef franks! Great kosher alternative.
Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Roll out your thawed puff pastry sheet and cut evenly into 14 squares. Set each square on a greased baking sheet and fold each pastry into a triangle (corner to corner).
Remove beef franks from the packaging and cut each one in half. One by one, place a frank on the edge of your puff pastry triangle and roll up the pastry around the frank, securing the ends tightly.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until puff pastry is golden and franks are cooked through.
