Curried Apple Brie Flatbread is great for a snack or quick lunch. Try it on a pizza crust, naan or pita.
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. In a small bowl mix together curry powder and butter. Spread all over the flatbread.
2. Arrange apple slices on the flatbread. Top with the slices of brie. Scatter dollops of chutney all over. Bake for about 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice into pieces and serve.
