It’s baked. It’s healthy. It’s my favorite recipe for chicken nuggets!
1. Cut the chicken breasts into large chunks. Set aside.
2. Pound the Carr’s water biscuits into crumbs.
3. Add the all the seasonings and the flour into the biscuit crumbs. This forms the base coating.
4. Crack an egg into another bowl and beat it. Now you are ready to assemble the nuggets.
5. Dip the chicken into the egg.
6. Then coat with the crumbs/flour mixture and place on a baking sheet.
7. Preheat the oven to 220 C degrees. And bake the nuggets for 15-20 minutes.

Hi Nessienoodle, I think making a big batch and freezing them and later defrozing them in the microwave is a good idea.
However, the chicken will taste very dry. I tried but it didn’t work.

Just curious if you have made a big batch of these and put them in the freezer for later?
I am thinking it would work just fine but???

These are now my go to nuggets! So crunchy crispy good. Awesome picture of the nuggets by the way.
