Crispy baked beet chips that are full of flavor, guilt-free and so sweet you won’t believe they are healthy.
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Slice beets using a mandoline or sharp knife. Dry beets with a paper towel and place in a single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spray the beets with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for about 20 minutes until super crispy. Watch them so they don’t burn. Remove and enjoy!
