If you love pesto but don’t love the calories, this dip is for you. It’s creamy, thick, full of flavor and very, very low in calories.
In a food processor (I used my mini) add your garlic, basil leaves, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese and process until all combined and the basil is in small bits.
In a bowl, add your basil mixture and cream cheese and blend together, then add your Greek yogurt. Give it a good stir till all combined.
Taste, and add salt and pepper if needed.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
Calories per 1/4 cup: 26.Fat: .02, Sodium: 51, Carbs: 2, Protein: 4
