Description

A sweet salsa with a real kick.

This recipe makes approximately 2 cups of delicious salsa.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Dried Cranberries, Chopped
  • 4 whole Large Plum/Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 8 whole Slices Of Jarred Red Jalapeños, Chopped
  • 12 stalks Scallions, Chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • ¼ cups Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 whole Limes, Juice Of
  • 2 teaspoons White Sugar
  • Freshly Ground Salt And Black Pepper, To Taste

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a bowl and combine well. Serve chilled.

In the unlikely event of leftovers, the salsa can be covered and refrigerated and will last for approximately 3 days.
