Filled with cranberries, pistachios, chia seeds and hazelnuts, these Cranberry Pistachio Granola Bites take just minutes to whip up and are a perfect snack to grab ‘n go!
Note that the dough requires at least 1 hour of inactive refrigeration time.
In a large bowl, combine oats, dried cranberries, pistachios, hazelnuts, honey and chia seeds. Refrigerate about 1–2 hours, or until mixture is firm.
Using a small spoon or scoop, roll into balls. Enjoy!
Notes:
1. If you find the mixture too dry, add a bit more honey to keep the bites sticking together.
2. The granola bites keep best in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

I don’t see the chia seed on the ingredients, only the description. How much did you use for the chia seeds? Thanks.
