A creamy cheese ball, studded with tart cranberries and honey roasted sesame almond bits.
In a bowl with a mixer combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and goat cheese until well blended. Form the mixture into a ball. If the cheese is too soft, pop it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Then roll it into little balls (golf ball sized).
Put cranberries into one shallow bowl and almonds into another.
Roll the cheese balls in cranberries first, then in the almonds. Put the balls on a serving platter. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve with whole wheat seedy pita crackers.
You could also make one bigger cheese ball, instead of little bite-sized balls.
