Crispy, cream cheese and crab-stuffed wonders.
Pour oil into a frying pan or wok, about 1″ deep.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except wonton wrappers and water.
Use one wonton wrapper at a time, moisten the edges with water on a finger and place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center. Fold over and seal the edges well. Continue till all filling is used. Makes approximately 20 pieces.
Cook in hot oil for approximately 1 minute on each side till lightly browned. Drain on a paper towel. Serve with your favorite Oriental dipping sauce, such as sweet and sour, soy sauce, or orange sauce.
