An amazingly tasty appetizer or snack sure to woo any friends or family!
Slice the olives in halves or thirds, depending on the size of them. Chop up the green onions, whites and green tops.
Mix the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, softened cream cheese and green onions in a mixing bowl using a fork. Spread the mix on each slice of bread, top with two olive halves and sprinkle with dried parsley.
Broil in the oven for 1-3 minutes, or until golden brown. These are fabulous and have been at EVERY Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner at my family’s house.
Note: if you can’t find the snack-size loaves of bread, you can also use regular-sized sourdough bread, cut into 2×3-inch pieces. Normally, the snack-sized loaves are found at the end of a bread aisle, or as a specialty item during the holidays. When I find them, I grab several and freeze them!

I’ve made these without the olives, will have to try them next time I make them. Great recipe easy and good-we call them “stinkies” my daughter re-named them when she was little.
