My mother has made this for as long as I can remember. It is super simple, delicious, and addicting. I could eat the whole batch myself!
Beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer in a medium sized bowl. Chill at least an hour, preferably overnight if you can wait that long to dive into it. Adjust seasoning to taste.
I like to eat this with BBQ potato chips, but regular potato chips are fantastic as well. The combo of the sweet BBQ chips and the savory dip are a match made in heaven, though.
