Has and will convert those who “don’t like” cilantro. Also great over grilled kebabs and seafood.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, salsa verde and sour cream until well blended, then mix in minced garlic, ground cumin and cayenne (optional).
Fold in fresh chopped cilantro (make sure it’s a large bunch) and lime juice.
Using an immersion blender (or food processor), blend ingredients together until smooth. Additional seasonings to taste, if desired.
Serve with pita chips and chopped veggies, or drizzle over grilled meats.

It was a hit! My husband said “What was that dip you made? Please make it again! I would eat vegetables everyday with that!” Please add cilantro to the ingredient list though, I wouldn’t have remembered to buy it if it weren’t for the cilantro in the title.
