I took this to a social function and it was gone in a matter of minutes. Thanks to Ms. J. Sears for sharing this with the Longhorn Cattle Association. Enjoy.
Mix all the ingredients except the chili sauce and jelly. Shape into 1″ balls. Brown meatballs in a skillet or in the oven. Drain the fat and add chili sauce and jelly. Serve hot.
Makes 5 dozen.

I have a Russian meatball recipe that looks very similar. All except the chili sauce and grape jelly..which probably is what makes this so unique!
