Creamy, flavorful, healthy classic hummus recipe with toasted pine nuts. Perfect with crackers, pita bread, bagel chips, and raw veggies.
Drain chickpeas and reserve liquid. Remove skins from chickpeas. Add chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini and cumin to food processor. Blend for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides. Blend additional 30 seconds.
Check consistency. Continue to blend and add reserved liquid until hummus is desired thickness.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts and parsley.
