Simple and tasty guac. One of my favorite addictions.
Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits. Cut avocado into chunks and spoon out of its shell into a medium-sized bowl. Dice the roma tomatoes and white onion and add to the bowl. Mix by slicing through ingredients with a butter knife. This allows you to keep some big, juicy avocado chunks. I like it chunky. Quarter the lime and squeeze the juice of each quarter into the bowl. Add salt and pepper. Again use a butter knife to cut the mixture until well mixed. Taste and adjust ingredients and seasoning as needed. I usually just eyeball it so these measurements are estimates. Enjoy with tortilla chips or on your favorite sandwich!
