These baked cinnamon apple chips are crunchy, sweet, tasty and absolutely addicting. It’s the perfect health snack to keep you fit while enjoying the best flavors of the season.
Wash and peel the apples. Slice them as thinly as you can. The thinner and crunchier. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar.
Spread the thinly sliced apple on a baking sheet over parchment paper. Sprinkle the apples with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 250F for 1 hour. Turn the apple slices and sprinkle more sugar cinnamon (to taste). Bake for another hour.
Remove and let it cool off before storing.
