Delicious snack anytime!
Preparation time does not include 30-minute refrigeration time.
In a microwave safe bowl, add milk chocolate and melt in 30-second intervals. Allow to cool. Dip apple slices one by one into the chocolate and place on a parchment-lined platter or baking sheet pan. Repeat until all apples are coated. Place into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and drizzle caramel over the chocolate coated apple slices. I always store them in the refrigerator until ready to serve. These are a delicious snack and do not last long in my household!
