This sauce goes perfectly with shrimp and has just enough heat to make this absolutely delicious!
In a food processor or blender, combine ketchup, chipotle pepper and Tabasco sauce. Puree until smooth.
Transfer the sauce to a small saucepan and add the spiced rum. Sprinkle in the pepper, stir to combine and warm the sauce over medium-low heat.
Serve with cooked shrimp as cocktail sauce. Enjoy!
