This hot dip is great with tostada chips!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Spread the cream cheese on the bottom of a 7″ x 11″ baking dish. Spread green chilies over the cream cheese. Add the chili and spread it around. Cover with shredded cheddar cheese. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes – or until hot and bubbly.
